The joy and commitment our teachers have to the studio and to yoga translates to the best class for you. Each of us also has something particular that we love about yoga, which guides the way we teach and our class plan. Even if we are teaching the same style of class, the class is different because of who we are. Here's a snapshot of what makes us unique.

As a cyclist, I value yoga both as a
complimentary routine to any workout, as well as a life-giving discipline in itself. It helps me remain
centered and enhances clarity. I am grateful to be able to teach and share gifts with others.
My teachers have emphasized very basic and accessible ideas to make yoga fun and safe and my hands on approach guides and enhances students’ experiences.

Desi Or
Originally from Argentina, I was blessed to find yoga. My life is guided by the words: Healing, Movement and Creation.
The yoga mat is a safe, healing space where to connect with myself: not only my body but my whole self.
I studied in India and specialize in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, as well as Kids Yoga.
I am also a massage therapist and create all natural, vegan and organic Natural Cosmetics.
