As a passionate cyclist, I've discovered the invaluable benefits of yoga as both a complement to my workouts and a life-affirming practice in its own right. It keeps me centered, enhances mental clarity, and fills me with gratitude to share its transformative gifts with others.

In my classes, I strive to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for all, emphasizing foundational principles that empower every practitioner. Through hands-on guidance, I ensure a safe and enriching experience, allowing you to practice with confidence and ease. Guided by the principles of Healing, Movement, and Creation, I am deeply passionate about yoga's ability to nourish both body and mind.

As your instructor, I'm dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment where you can explore yoga's many benefits. Specializing in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, as well as Kids Yoga, my training includes immersive study in India, as well as a background in dance and circus.

Beyond yoga, I'm also a certified massage therapist and make all-natural, vegan, and organic cosmetics. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of balance and self-care firsthand. My commitment to healing, movement, and creation extends beyond the mat, enriching every aspect of my life.
