Private Yoga Lessons
Private lessons are a one-on-one experience with an instructor that you can reserve, according to your schedule and unique timing. They can be perfect for beginners, or possibly help achieve more advanced, personal goals. Private classes result in better skills, a greater level of confidence and fewer injuries. They may be the right approach to getting started, taking your yoga practice to the next level, or at a special time in your life (for example, pregnancy and post-birth) since the instructor provides full attention and tailors the class to the student(s).
