WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR CLASS?
Just yourself. We provide clean yoga mats and the basic equipment you may need for class.
You are also welcome to bring a water bottle. Filtered water is available at the studio.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Nothing special is needed — just wear something you feel comfortable in.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For your first class, we recommend arriving about 5 minutes early so you can settle in and get familiar with the space.
For regular classes, arriving a few minutes before the beginning is perfect.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN THE CLASS?
Our classes are small, with up to 7 students.
Keeping the groups small allows for a more personal experience, with space to notice each student and offer guidance when needed.
Hands-on adjustments may be offered, always with your consent.

HOW DO YOU KEEP THE SPACE CLEAN?
We care about keeping our home studio clean and fresh. We use natural cleaning products and clean the mats and equipment regularly.

WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We currently offer two different styles of group classes:
🧘 Hatha Yoga – A balanced practice combining mindful movement, breathing, and moments of stillness. Suitable for different levels and adaptable to each student.
🌿 Soft Yoga – A slower and gentler practice, with more emphasis on relaxation, mobility, breathing, and awareness.
If you're not sure which class is right for you, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to help you find a practice that feels good for you.

PRIVATE YOGA
Private sessions are also available, either at the home studio, in your home, or online. These classes are fully adapted to your needs and experience.
Yoga doesn't have to be complicated. Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself some time to slow down.
